By using WearWise, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

WearWise provides:

• AI-based outfit recommendations
• Weather-based styling suggestions

No Live Try-On Feature Exists

3. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images containing humans
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Misuse AI outputs

You are solely responsible for uploaded content.

4. AI Disclaimer

WearWise provides AI-generated recommendations:

• For informational purposes only
• Not professional advice

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Suitability
• Completeness

5. Image Usage Policy

You must upload only:

• Clothes
• Shoes
• Bags

Uploading images with humans is a violation and may result in suspension.

6. Data Usage

• Images are stored securely via Replit
• Metadata is used for AI recommendations
• Images are NOT sent to OpenAI

7. Third-Party Services

We use:

• OpenAI APIs
• Replit infrastructure

We are not responsible for third-party failures or outages.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• No refunds are provided
• Users may cancel before next billing cycle

All payments are governed by:

• Google Play / Apple billing policies

9. Content Sharing

If you share outputs externally:

• You are responsible for correctness and usage

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WearWise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Illegal activity is detected

12. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with:

• Indian laws
• EU laws (if applicable)

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:
